If we need to reach you directly for additional information or to investigate an issue, we will send you a private message from a Spectrum employee moderator or the profile "Community_Help". Private messages are secure and can only be viewed by you and the employee moderator(s).  

Members can only reply to private messages sent by a moderator. Members can not begin a private message conversation.
