No video on Spectrum App

I have a 5th generation iPad mini. It has iOS 13.7. When trying to stream live tv programs to the iPad using the spectrum app, I get audio but no video. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it twice, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

@Nutz4osu Good morning. Welcome to the Spectrum Community!
One thing that we always suggest as part of troubleshooting is checking the amount of space you have on the iPad, if you are pretty full up we would suggest deleting a few of those apps that are not in use. Another step you can take is to reboot modem and router. When you delete the app, then do a full powercycle on the iPad and then reinstall.
