Ex logged into my account - how do I remove?
My ex is logged into my spectrum account app on his device. Is there any way to log out unwanted devices on your spectrum app? From your app. I changed my password but I'm afraid that won't be sufficient if he never signs out. Is there an option like Netflix to sign out all devices where they need to sign back in to access?

Good morning. It is good you changed your password! The app will not auto log out other users. The app will time out, and prompt them to log back in. The change of password will prevent them from logging back in or logging in with other devices. I am sorry, I do not have a specific timeframe for when that timeout will occur.

Like can the time out be months or weeks?

On my Rokus, the certificates for apps generally reset after about 30 days, unless the app gets a major update or something that trips it immediately.
On that front, Rokus have a way to disassociate a device with your Roku account, which can nix some things at the Operating System level. That may hold true for other set top box accounts as well, provided that is the type of device in play.
