iPhone App no longer can talk to DVR

I am at the current level of the Spectrum app. For years I was able to program the hard drive DVR from the app and for the past 6 months at least I get a Ref Code IRDV-1000, "DVR info unavailable on this device". I have been on with support multiple times and have been told it was a known problem. I asked if switching to cloud DVR would work, and they said the same problem existed there. They are working on it... but I still don't have a solution. So, is it ever going to get fixed on the legacy hard drive solution, is it fixed on the cloud?

Thanks for the question. This is a known issue. Unfortunately, we do not have a time frame for when it will be resolved.
