Error Code AGE-9000

I have been consistently getting this error when trying to click on channels in My Library and sometimes when I use the Guide. Extremely frustrating. Makes Spectrum nearly unusable.
Apple TV, internet router and modem have all been updated/reset/restarted, so they are not to blame.

AGE-9000 is an error code indicating that the service is temporarily unavailable. If the issue continues, please let us know.
