Caller ID not showing on TV

The caller ID for our phone is no longer showing up on our TV. Suggestions?

Hey Kfox,
Any recent changes to your equiment or account? Did you check your settings to make sure that Caller ID on TV is activated? Did you swap your box less than 24 hours ago? Caller ID can take up to 24 hours to activate on a new or swapped box. Did you have Caller ID on TV before on the same box, and now it is not showing up on the screen?
Finally, where are you located? State, City, and Zip? The service could be down. How long have you been without Caller ID on TV?

My caller ID on the TV was working until a day or two ago. Cincinnati, OH 45230. I have done no changes, has Spectrum done any changes.
