Can't Log Into Account on Website

I was always able to log into my account on the website, now I can only log into my account on the app.
I have cleared all history, cookies and cache and still it gives me this error message: We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again. IDID-1060.
Any suggestion?

I am sorry to hear you're having difficulties with using the website to manage your account. What web browser are you currently using and have you tried any other browsers to see if that changes anything?

Thanks for answering Paul. Someone suggested I use a Private window with Firefox and it worked
