Can't Log Into Account on Website

I was always able to log into my account on the website, now I can only log into my account on the app.
I have cleared all history, cookies and cache and still it gives me this error message: We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again. IDID-1060.
Any suggestion?

Thanks for answering Paul. Someone suggested I use a Private window with Firefox and it worked
