I've changed the password at least 3 times. What can be done? No other information is available. Can this be trouble-shooted on my end or does my account need to be reset?

Since you changed the password, please try clearing the browsing history and make sure the old password is not still saved. You can also try using a different browser or an incognito browser. If that does not help, then there are a couple follow up questions:
