I need to get somebody with knowledge of cable cards to ping my card so it picks up all my channels.

Years ago someone with the U Matter to Charter team on the AVS forum used to reset it for me but they don't exist anymore.

    Sounds like you are a legacy Charter customer. We have migrated CableCard support to a dedicated CableCard Team. You can reach them directly at 1-866-532-2598. They will be able to assist you.
