Unable to use *67

So I tried dialing *67 so my caller id is restricted and I get dead air I contact Spectrum chat and they were stumped so I called their mobile support and they were stumped. So does anyone on here have any idea of what could be causing this? I have tried all the basics restarting turning off WIFI and data and nothing is working. Thanks in advance

Phone is S21 plus

    Hi @Giselle ! Welcome to our community!

    When using *67 on mobile lines the phone number needs to be entered after *67, so you would dial *67 555 555 5555 and then press call.
