Hello. I received a paper bill from you. I thought I had selected paperless statements. I already paid this bill, but I can't see my statements or my account. Thanks!
Hi @bettygrullon and welcome to the Spectrum community!
You can set up your account access by going to www.spectrum.net and clicking the login link in the upper right corner of the page. It will take you to this page where you can click on "Create a Username." After you get that all set up, you will be able to login and find your statements for the last six months as well as the option to go paperless under the "Billing" link heading (you will se it once you login).
And that should do it :)
