Why am I getting ALP-1999 error?

Hello,

I've had the spectrum app for 3 days and now it's not working, getting the ALP-1999 error.

I've read this is a known issue, seems not to be resolved. Any advice?

    Hi and welcome!

    ALP-1999 is a generic connectivity error. Please try restarting the modem as well as restarting the Apple TV or other device and let us know if the issue continues.
