Hi Guys,

How are calls, indentified by Caller ID on TV as "Spam Risk" different than Call Guard's regular block calls? Am I correct that the phone should not ring if the system detects a "Spam Risk" call?

    Hey @Satch

When a call is identified as a spam risk, these calls are likely your run of the mill telemarketing calls. For blocking specific numbers, there are other call blocking options available. Here is the article from Spectrum.net which gives more detail on what Call Guard and how to block calls with the available call blocking options.
