Spectrum Login Error Code IDID-3210

i was signed in earlier but when trying to sign back into my account, i get prompted this IDID-3210. i've changed passwords to see if that would fix it but it did not. obviously i can login to this community page but i have no way of getting into my spectrum account.

Hello @agumbel14 and welcome to the Spectrum Community!
When you changed your password, did you happen to put a question mark in the password? If so, I would ask that you please change the password again to something without the password to see if that changes anything.
