Regain access to charter email account

We had Charter email for ten years. My wife used the charter.net email service. We lived in Carrollton, VA. We moved to Virginia Beach, VA where Charter/Spectrum has no service. We will be moving back to Carrollton. Her email worked until two weeks ago. How can we regain access to her email? Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

    I do apologize for the issues. Unfortunately if you cancel service the email address goes with it. Once you lose access it cannot be brought back.
