Scheduled Cloud DVR recordings not showing
Our cloud DVR is working fine. I’m using a ROKU 4k streaming stick to access the Spectrum app. On my great room TV we can set recordings, watch recorded shows, but when on My Library and DVR, the section where future recordings should show they don’t. All I see is a screen telling my how to set a
recording and a link to the GUIDE. Very frustrating because it makes it very difficult to manage future recording settings. Yes, I rebooted my internet router and modem. Yes, it works correctly on our other “smart” TVs.
