DVR Error Code GDVR-1004

I'm experiencing an issue with my Cloud DVR, I show that I have recordings available, however when I attempt to play them I get a message "Service Unavailable, try again later error code GDVR-1004. I'm also getting the same message when I try and record a new show.

Welcome to our community! I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the Cloud DVR. What type of device/devices are you using when you get this error?

I'm sorry, cDVR service is not compatible with that device. Supported devices are;
- Android 5.0 or higher
- iOS 12.0 or higher
- Apple TV 13.0 or higher
- Google Chromecast 1st Generation or higher
- Roku 3rd Generation or higher
- Xbox One
