Is this a real Spectrum email? - Keep Your Spectrum Internet Credit

I use my Internet Hourly, we stream movies and i own a Twitch channel. and we play games over the net?

is this Fake or is Spectrum trying Something??

    According to Spectrum Support Pages here it is a real e-mail:

    The last question's answer at the Affordable Connectivity Program FAQ's website above confirms this:

    "What can I do to remain eligible for the credit through this program?

    If you're enrolled in the Affordable Connectivity Program, you must use your internet service at least once every 30 days. Otherwise, you'll lose your credit and eligibility in the program."
