    Hello @kls44 and Welcome to the Community!

    I sent some refresh hits to your cable boxes based on the account information provided with your registration. If you're still seeing "to be announced" on the guide please try unplugging the cable box for 15-20 seconds to reboot and let us know if that corrected the issue or if you're still having trouble.
