Spectrum Security Suite (set up for browser issue)

My Spectrum Security Suite keeps telling me that the Browser Security is not setup. I hit the setup button and nothing happens. Where is a tutorial on this. I am very familiar with computers and am frustrated that I cannot get it to work.
