How do I return a router?

The Spectrum service guy suggested we get a NET set up for a stronger signal to downstairs, but he didn't take the router and I am still being charged for it.
I went to the local Spectrum store which seems to be entirely Mobile but I waited for 20 minutes and was totally ignored as there were 14 other people in the store who all seemed to have appointments.

Welcome to our community! I'm sorry for the wait time at your local Spectrum store. The router can be mailed back to us through any local UPS store. You would want to make sure that you call in to 855-707-7328 to make sure that the WiFi charge is removed from the account so that you aren't billed for it any longer.
