Spectrum TV App Icf-9000

I’m in my office building, away from home. I was watching the app and it just stopped, code icf-9000. I closed the app, rebooted my iPhone. I removed the app and added it back, still the same icf-9000.

    App is. not working on my Apple TV or Roku devices at home right now
