Dolby Digital Audio on Spectrum App

Why does the spectrum app only support stereo sound? When can we expect surround sound avaialbilty from the spectrum app? All your main competitors support dolby digital with the main ones supporting up to dolby atmos, hard to wrap your head around the fact that the cable boxes support dolby digital and the app only supports stereo sound.

    This team is not privy to the engineer's decisions to include or not include certain features but I hear you and will also pass this feedback along as well. You might check this page on the support site. Scroll down a little bit and click the Spectrum TV App. That will pop up a table of various topics. Any new info will be added there.
