Report of possible attempted fraud

Not sure if this is where this belongs, but felt like I need to report this.

Just recieved a text supposedly from Spectrum that reads: We've detected an issue likely to affect service, though you may not be experiencing it now. Set up an appt to avoid service disruption.

    Nevermind. When I first logged in, I did not have the mentioned notification on the website. it is there now, and I have scheduled the appointment.
