    Hi @Donaldls, welcome to our community!

    You can view your account balance by signing in at Spectrum.net or the My Spectrum app, where you will also be able to view your monthly statement and make a payment. You can also call 1-855-707-7328, our automated phone system can provide this information and take payments, or you can speak with a billing specialist.
