Equipment Return
Hello!
So I’m in a little bit of a pickle I recently moved and my plan was to use my spectrum internet set up in my new apartment. However, it is new construction and I am somewhere else temporarily and there is already Wi-Fi. But I didn’t realize that I would have to return my equipment and I just logged into my account and saw that it had to be returned like a few days ago. Any suggestions on how to avoid the fees? Can I still return it or maybe tell them I will need to set up my internet again Oct 1st?

Hello,
You can return the equipment at any time even after the fees are charged. Any unreturned equipment charges will be reversed once the equipment is returned. If you cancelled the account just return the equipment. If you setup a new account you would get new equipment to use.
