I would like to see a full statement of my monthly bill

    Hi @JoanCady815_138, welcome to our community!

    You can view your monthly statement by signing in to or the My Spectrum app.

    If you sign in to you can select the Billing tab at the top, scroll down to Statement Details, to the right you will see Statement Date with a drop down menu where you can select the month you want to view. Back under statement date click the link that says View Printable Statement.

    Using the My Spectrum app, you will tap on the Billing tab at the bottom, tap View Statements, tap on the month you want to view, scroll down and tap on View PDF Statement.

    Your monthly statement itemizes all charges, shows recent payments received, and also provides important news and updates about our services.
