Is "spectrum@customeremailnotifications.com" a legit email?

I occasionally receive emails from this address. The subject is always "Changes were recently made to your account", but I've not made changes. Looks like Charter customers received the same emails prior to acquisition. Has anyone received these types of messages, and what should Spectrum customers do?

    Hi & welcome @moon1180,

Unfortunately it looks that email is a scam/spam attempt to get your information. Don't click on any links. It is safe to mark it as spam.

Some indications that it is spam is that email, after the @ sign, has an non Charter/Spectrum domain name. We will always send emails from a Charter domain such as "MyAccount@spectrumemails.com"

    Thanks!
