Info & Cost on Cloud DVR Service

Looking for information on Spectrums cloud dvr service. Where can I find things like...

How does it work?

Is it available in my area?

What is the cost?

Do I need to keep my DVR box?

    I am not sure on this, but I don't think you can have cloud DVR and traditional box DVR on the same account? @juryman , do you have a box DVR now? In the link that I provided above it shows that cloud DVR is for Internet streaming only and has some limitations. It seems that for full DVR box functionality, you will need Spectrum Traditional TV service. (Spectrum Select would be minimum starting point) and would need a DVR box if you wanted DVR service.

    The data that I can find is Cloud DVR is $10 a month and it allows the recording of 50 hours of shows. Cloud DVR plus allows for the recording of 100 hours of shows, but I can't find a price for that plan. (Probably $15.00 a month) but need confirmation.
