I’d selected paperless and autopay years ago and confirmed those selections are still in place, but statements are still being sent. How do we stop those?

Call Customer Service to let them know that you are on Paperless Billing and would like Paper Statements stopped. Please note that if you are close in billing dates from the time this change takes place, it may take one billing cycle. (One more month) before the change takes effect.
