How do I view a log of inbound / outbound home phone calls?

I dropped OOMA (another VOIP service) to move to Spectrum. With OOMA I could see all home phone calls, listen to messages from a browser or app, and could choose numbers to block. I don't see a way to get a log for Spectrum home phone. An agent on chat said this is not a supported feature.

It is important enough to make me consider searching for yet another alternative.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    You can go to your online account and login. Then go to Your Services at the top of the page. Then make sure you are on the Home Phone tab and select Manage Voice. You will be able to manage the home phone settings and check the call details.
