error code of IBF-2125 on my phone and RBF-2512 on my Roku app

This seems to keep popping up as an issue once a month or so and now even my phone app won’t work. Usually if I just keep trying the Roku app it usually works but won’t now. Keeps saying my account can’t be verified RBF-2512

    I'm sorry for the trouble with our app. Those errors mean your video subscription couldn't be verified.

    Will you try rebooting the modem and router? That can fix many issues with the app even if the internet is working fine.

    Are you able to sign in with your username at Spectrum.net, and do you see accurate information for your current account?

    I’ve rebooted everything

    log in hasn’t changed ever

    I apologize for the continued issues. Are you able to login at Spectrum.net? Also, are you able to log in to the Spectrum TV app on any other devices?
