Spectrum TV App Down? (getting error RBF-2512 / IBF -2512)

i’ve been having problems with the spectrum tv app since last night now, i’ve already tried all the troubleshooting options. i even used the chat support on the my Spectrum app for them to send a signal to my tv box, but still nothing works. this is also a recurring problem. i would just like to know if this is just temporary or if i need to call a technician to resolve the issue.

also, i keep getting reference code rbf 2512 on the roku, and reference code ibf 2512 on my iphone
