I was able to find your account with your login credentials and we did send an email as a proactive maintenance effort. I checked your signals and a couple of them are out of range and it looks like you have older equipment. That is what triggered the email. If you are concerning about clicking that link, type the address into a browser and it will take you to a login page for your account where you can schedule the appointment. If that is still a concern you can also just call us at 1-855-707-7328 and we will be glad to set that up. I would encourage you to do so, you would see an improvement in service probably right away.
