No Visual Voicemail Since Phone Replacement

I recently upgraded my Galaxy phone to a newer model and after it was setup, the Visual Voicemail button is missing and I cannot seem to find any information on how to restore it. Is there a place on the Spectrum site to download it? Thanks

    Hello @DNJagman52

Welcome to our community! For some Samsung devices, the visual voicemail is built into the normal voicemail app, but would need to be enabled in the app. If you visit our Device Support page and select the Samsung option towards the bottom it will bring up the list of Samsung devices we offer. Once you select the model you are using, under the "Device" category there will be a Visual Voicemail option. If you click that, it will walk you through how to enable the visual voicemail option within the voicemail app.
