Error Code ALP-1001 AGAIN!

I’m getting this error again!!! Why is this derive so expensive and so much trouble!?? I have not moved my equipment and I have disconnected and rebooted all my equipment. This is unacceptable for what I’m charged.

    Hi again @Gjuarez. I'm sorry you are still having this problem, but it doesn't look like you ever responded to us on the last post you made about this.

    1001 errors are almost always caused by problems with your internet connection. I was able to locate your account and I am showing the modem has not been reset in 42 days, I so I definitely recommend starting with a reboot of the modem and router as that will fix most connection issues. If the problem persists please test as close to the router as possible, and see if you are having the same issue on a different device.
