I am trying to pay my bill, but I keep getting the error "We're sorry, something on our end didn't."

I tried on both the app itself and the website but the error still shows up whenever I press the Make a payment button. Please help me!

    Unfortunately we are not able to help with payment issues here. All I could recommend is rebooting your internet modem/router and restarting the app. If the issue persists please call 1-855-707-7328​​​ for assistance.
