    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community, @aviva1280

    Our residential services have the public IP's automatically assigned/renewed by our system. If you are simply looking to see what the IP address is, you can look in the My Spectrum app under Advanced wi-fi settings., If you are wanting a new IP address that won't be possible unless you swap out our modem for another. If you are talking about a Spectrum Business account where you can opt in to static IP's, just give our Business team a call at 1-855-762-1243.
