I Receive "You have entered a restricted code" each time I dial a number

I am able to receive calls, but unable to dial out without receiving the message,"You have entered a restricted code".

I do have a technician coming out on Friday morning.


From reading other messages on this site, it appears that I am not alone in having this particular phone issue.

    Welcome to the Community!

    Please try rebooting your phone modem by unplugging it for five minutes and plugging it back in to see if that solves the problem. If it does not, let us know what the tech does. Thank you!
