I need to get my cell phone incoming call log for July 24 to 27, 2023. How do I do that?

    You can view your mobile call activity by logging into your My Account and selecting "View calls and Texts" under the mobile tab. Here's a link with more detailed instructions: View Your Spectrum Mobile Call History

    Hello,

    I tried this, but there is no option for view calls and texts under the mobile tab. Can you provide any additional advice?

    If you checked the link and followed the steps there and still don't see the information you would then need to call in to the mobile team at 1-833-224-6603 to see if they can assist further.
