How to fix Roku RLP-999 error?

We have been getting this message on both of our Roku sticks. We have restarted the router many times, disconnected roku sticks but cannot get to the spectrum app, all other apps work.

    Hi @Davisden124

    RLP-999 is a connectivity error. Since you already tried restarting the router, please also restart the modem on the account. If the error continues, then please restart the Roku from the settings menu.

    Let us know if the error continues after these steps.
