Spectrum Email - New Interface

I've started using the new Spectrum Email interface and it's certainly an improvement over the previous one. It's faster and that's a big plus.

This is more of a suggestion than a question. In the new interface Inbox, when you highlight a single email, there is a menu bar at the top that makes all your possible actions available.

However, if you select one or more emails using the checkbox to the left of the email(s), your choices vanish and you have to click on the triple stacked ball icon to select one from a list.

Why not simply leave the horizontal menu bar with your choices active when selecting by checkbox?

Spectrum, please consider tweaking this.
