Why am I being asked to do a password reset? This is happening on all tvs and everytime I open the Spectrum app.
Welcome to our community! I'm sorry about the issues with our Spectrum TV app. Are you using a Roku by chance? We were aware of an issue earlier with customers on Roku devices, including the Roku TVs, getting prompted to log in again and/or change their password when launching the app. We do show that it should be resolved though.
We are having this issue with Roku tvs and a Samsung tv. It just started 2 days ago.

Why am being asked to reset my password every time I start the app and this is happening on all my Samsung TVs and my wives iphone.
This is has been going on for over a week now.

Passwords may need to be reset for a variety of reasons. There may have been suspicious login attempts or your password might not meet current security requirements for example. Once you change your password it will stop, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
