LEGACY EMAIL KNOWN ISSUE


There is a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients, including Microsoft platforms
Our engineers are aware and working on a fix, there is currently no ETA for the issue to be resolved
No additional examples are needed and there is no need to create a new post
Legacy email users can access email by logging in to your Spectrum account at:
spectrum.net

    There needs to be an easy way to access the CURRENT list of 15 TV Choice Channels and allow the customer to edit them online! I should be able to log in to Spectrum, go to Services, TV, and once I am in TV Choice, to see a list of my chosen 15, then be able to change them to what I want, according to the rules -- either when Spectrum says "Every 30 days", "Daily", or whatever the current rule happens to be. Right now, I can't find how to do this online.
