Spectrum TV app - cable channels keep getting stuck or skipping/repeating...

When using the Spectrum TV app on a Samsung TV lately, some of the cable channels aren't working well. For example, watching cable news channels the announcer will be talking and it gets stuck on repeating a phrase a few times before continuing on. Doesn't seem to happen with the broadcast channels. Any idea why and how to fix this?

    Welcome to our community! We would recommend rebooting the modem and router by unplugging both devices for 30-45 seconds as a first step as that can clear up a number of issues with the app.
