Charter Email

I am having trouble with my email account on Charter Spectrum. I called Charter representative she said it was fixed. It is not fixed and she told me to go to Best Buy and ask them. I don’t pay Best Buy for that service. What’s going on Charter? Your representative said my account had not been upgraded. I am still having difficulty sending emails. Any and all help appreciated. Thanks

    Thank you for reaching out to us about your email. Just to clarify, when you attempt to send out emails they are being bounced back. Is that correct? Are you being provided an error message with the emails you are unable to send? Are you using an email client like Outlook or our webmail. -Lyn
