IDID 4002 whil entering the spectrum app?

Trying to activate my device and accept the terms and conditions and it keeps saying there’s an error and won’t allow me to sign in?

Welcome to our community! What type of device are you attempting to activate? Is this happening when entering your username and password to log into the My Spectrum app? Typically that is an error when you are out of the home and need to be connected to the home network for the task.
