Lisa from Spectrum

I just got a call from Lisa at Spectrum. Unfortunately I answered the call because the number that came up on the caller ID was our local hospital and I thought maybe something happened to my husband since he works right by the hospital. There has to be a way to stop these annoying calls.

Hello @dmg2528
Welcome to our community! I understand the frustration with the spam calls. Typically calls that show a local number, but then have someone claiming to be a Spectrum employee are scam calls and do not originate with us, so it's not something we can stop. The calls can be reported to the FCC by visiting their site. You can also visit our site for more information on blocking these calls using our Call Guard feature.
