Bally Sports no longer available.

A week ago, I signed up for the pick 15 deal and I was told that I would be able to choose Bally Sports. At that time, I picked my 15 channels and that included 2 Bally Sports channels and everything was good. Now a week later, I no longer have Bally Sports on my channel guide and I can't choose it. What is going on?
