A week ago, I signed up for the pick 15 deal and I was told that I would be able to choose Bally Sports. At that time, I picked my 15 channels and that included 2 Bally Sports channels and everything was good. Now a week later, I no longer have Bally Sports on my channel guide and I can't choose it. What is going on?

Channels and packages can change. You would need to call in to sales at 1-855-707-7328 to see what options you have.
