Does Spectrum TV still offer Bally Sports Ohio to new TV subs

Does Spectrum TV still have Bally Sports Ohio to new TV customers or is it only available on no longer offered legacy TV packages? I noticed it is not listed on the online channel lineup on the Spectrum website, but I can see it on the Spectrum TV app showing not subscribed. If it is still offered to new TV customers what TV packages include the regional sports network?
